Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you or a third party (not the delivery service) receives the goods.

Notify Us

To exercise your right of return, please notify us clearly by email at Lanvi@mail.de within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason (optional, but helpful)

Ship the Package

  • Send the package to the return address we provide in your return confirmation email.

  • Please use tracked shipping and keep the receipt as proof of return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of informing us.

  • Make sure the jewelry is unworn, in original condition, and placed back in the original packaging.
  • Include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction.
