General Terms and Conditions 

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded by customers through the online shop LANVI Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

2. Contracting Party

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be added and are shown during the ordering process.
Payment methods include, for example, credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, etc. Payment is due immediately.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. If a product is unavailable, the seller will inform the customer immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form are available on the website.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will only be used for processing the order and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for contract processing. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
